Land Acquisition Fund

Introducing the Littleton Conservation Trust Land Acquisition Fund

Natural habitats, farms, and forests are disappearing in Littleton. There is a finite amount of land left in our town. We need to protect and preserve it for future generations. Once these treasures are gone, they will be gone forever.

With an eye toward the future, LCT has established the Land Acquisition Fund. Working with you, we are setting aside money dedicated to a single use: purchasing land in Littleton for conservation.

The purpose of the Land Acquisition Fund is to empower the Town to purchase land for conservation by reducing the cost to taxpayers.

LCT is the caretaker of nearly 300 acres of donated land in Littleton on which we manage a system of trails for public use. LCT – with the help of our many volunteer land stewards – also monitors and maintains trails on over 1,000 additional acres of Town-owned conservation lands at no cost to the taxpayers.

Help protect Littleton’s natural areas! Make a tax-deductible donation to LCT’s Land Acquisition Fund:

Littleton Conservation Trust is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization funded entirely by donations from Littleton residents like you.
