Take your passion for conservation and Littleton to the next level. Consider joining LCT’s Board of Trustees where you will help us advocate for conservation, oversee our existing conserved properties and trails on our and the town’s conservation lands. Our mission is to promote Littleton’s rural character; to preserve its water, plant, and wildlife resources and its unique views; and to provide environmental education.
Skills and knowledge in any area that can help further our mission are relevant. You do not need to be a conservation expert. Marketing / public relations, fundraising, conservation, land stewardship, land and conservation law, water quality and finance / bookkeeping are just some examples of helpful skills and knowledge. Your passion for our mission and willingness to help and to learn are most important.
We do specifically need a Treasurer at this time so candidates with finance experience, especially with nonprofits, are a priority. We also have some general Trustees whose terms are wrapping up so candidates with other experience are welcome.
LCT Board of Trustees are volunteers.
