Littleton’s Annual Country Fair is Saturday Sept. 9th from 10AM-4PM at Fay Park on Foster Street next to the Littleton Fire Station. The Fair is open to the public and admission is free.
Littleton Conservation Trust will have a table to share information on conservation in Littleton and will be operating the apple press to serve freshly made cider.
The family-friendly event features a huge yard sale of household goods, books, jewelry, toys and sporting equipment, as well as a farmer’s market and petting zoo.
New this year are Canine Contests, which start at 11:30 am with a pooch parade – costumes optional, dog talent show and competitions for dog-owner look-a-like and kissing.
Enjoy free live music, and a compendium of activities for kids and adults. Buy homemade jams, jellies, pies, scones, and lunch. Admission and parking are free. Be prepared to negotiate through booths that recycle books, jewelry and household goods. A star attraction is homemade goodies – jams, preserves, pies, and lunch.
Refreshments, including baked goods and luncheon items will be sold during the day. Proceeds benefit First Church Unitarian with a portion of the proceeds to benefit a local charity.
